Solrac Design was founded in 2007 by Carlos Florez. Vanessa Peltier joined the firm in 2020 and we are now Solrac Architects. We are passionate about Architecture and are dedicated to our clients satisfaction and project success. We focus on innovative and practical space design that feature modern form and function.
Carlos Florez graduated with a Masters degree in Architecture from UCLA in 2003. He started his career working for Mack Architects before founding Solrac.
Carlos is meticulous in his attention to detail and is an accomplished designer from the micro to the macro scales.

Vanessa Peltier began her career in construction before graduating with Carlos from UCLA with a Masters in Architecture.
This experience has imbued in her the importance of documentation and communication throughout the life of the project.
Vanessa has over 10 years of experience in educational design and is a LEED AP. She has worked on several sustainable design initiatives for public schools.
